Assessments and payment

The AI Assessment is a 90-minute diagnostic service priced at $250 unless a different written price is shown at booking. Payment is due through the booking flow. Scheduling, changes, refunds, and no-shows are governed by our Booking Policy.

Ongoing work

Setups, monthly services, and other work begin only under a separate written agreement that defines the scope, time, responsibilities, price, and ownership terms.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, design, and original content belong to IronGate or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without written permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, IronGate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Utah law. We may update them by posting a revised date on this page.
