Booking and confirmation

The AI Assessment is a complimentary 90-minute session. Your time is confirmed when the booking process is complete.

Online and on-site sessions

Online sessions are available broadly. On-site sessions are available in Davis County, Salt Lake County, and Utah County. We may confirm that the address and travel time are workable before accepting an on-site appointment.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation. If you need to make a change inside 24 hours, contact us.

If IronGate needs to change the time

If we need to cancel or move your session, you may choose a new time.

What you receive

The assessment is diagnostic. We learn how your business works and deliver a written plan within 48 hours, ranked by priority and including what to ignore. The plan is yours whether you hire us or not. Implementation is a separate engagement, quoted after the assessment if there is a fit.

Call notes

An AI notetaker joins the call to capture the transcript, so nothing gets lost while we talk. You can ask us not to record.
