Booking and payment

The AI Assessment is $250 for 90 minutes. Payment is due when you book. Your time is confirmed after the booking and payment process is complete.

Online and on-site sessions

Online sessions are available broadly. On-site sessions are available in Davis County, Salt Lake County, and Utah County at the same price. We may confirm that the address and travel time are workable before accepting an on-site appointment.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are eligible for a refund. Changes inside 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

If IronGate needs to change the time

If we need to cancel or move your session, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

What you receive

The assessment is diagnostic. We learn how your business works, identify useful opportunities, and deliver a written priority plan within 48 hours. The plan is yours whether you hire us or not.

Assessment credit

If you book a monthly engagement within 14 days of the assessment, the $250 fee is credited to your first month. The monthly engagement begins under a separate written agreement.
