Privacy Policy

This policy explains how IronGate Consulting LLC collects and uses information when you visit irongatehq.ai or assessment.irongatehq.ai, book an assessment, or work with us.

Information we collect and how we use it

We may receive your name, email address, phone number, company information, booking details and messages. We use this information to schedule and deliver services, respond to you, process payments, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

We also use website usage information to understand visits and improve the website and our services.

Calendly and assessment booking measurement

We use Calendly to schedule assessments. Calendly and IronGate process the information you provide to arrange and deliver your appointment. Calendly's embedded scheduling service may use its own cookies and similar technologies under Calendly's Privacy Notice.

Where our assessment measurement is enabled, our website records a completed assessment when the embedded Calendly assessment page reports a successful booking. Clicking a booking button alone does not count as a completed assessment. Studio Call bookings are not assessment conversions.

To avoid counting the same booking repeatedly, we store a booking-specific digest and timestamp in your browser for a seven-day deduplication period. Expired entries are removed when the browser next processes a booking, and clearing site data removes them sooner. This digest is pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not send it to Google.

Our Google booking event does not include your name, email address, phone number, appointment time, or Calendly booking URLs or identifiers. This does not prevent Calendly and IronGate from processing the booking information needed to provide the appointment.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website visits and completed assessment bookings. GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google receives technical information from the browser, including device and browser information, network information, and the page and campaign data supplied by our tag.

The page URLs sent by our assessment Google tag retain campaign parameters beginning with utm_ and the Google advertising click identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid. Other query parameters and URL fragments are omitted. We limit the referring URL supplied by this tag to the referring site's origin. Campaign links must not contain personal information in their campaign parameters.

Our GA4 user-level and event-level data retention setting is two months, with reset on new activity disabled. This setting does not control most aggregated reports, which may be retained longer, or the separate records needed to deliver services.

Google Ads

We plan to use Google Ads for IronGate advertising and, when enabled, use completed assessment events to measure campaign results. This may use campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers and related browser information. Advertising and conversion measurement may not be active on every page or at every time.

When measurement is enabled and your browser does not signal Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT), our assessment Google tag allows advertising cookies and related storage, and permits Google to use measurement data for advertising attribution. This helps connect a completed assessment booking to a paid click.

Advertising personalization remains disabled. Google signals and remarketing are not enabled in this setup. We do not upload booking names, email addresses or phone numbers for enhanced conversions or customer matching.

Your choices

Our assessment Google tag does not load or send tracking events when your browser signals Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) on page load. If we detect either signal while a page is already open, we stop subsequent Google measurement; previously sent data is not withdrawn. We do not send cookieless Google tracking pings for visitors blocked by these signals.

These controls apply to our Google tracking and do not turn off the scheduling service or all other providers. Vercel Analytics remains separate.

The current assessment site does not display a consent banner. You can control or clear cookies and site storage in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out tool, and review Google advertising choices. Those tools have different scopes; advertising preferences do not themselves disable all website analytics. Declining or blocking measurement does not prevent you from booking an assessment.

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and business-record requirements.

Service providers

We use providers that help us operate the business, including Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, Google for business email and measurement where enabled, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and professional advisers. We share information as needed for those services.

Assessment calls

Assessments are held over video. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can write your plan accurately. You will be told before recording begins, and you can ask us not to record. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to deliver your plan and maintain necessary business records.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
