They receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Assessment calls

Assessments are held over video. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can write your plan accurately. You will be told before recording begins, and you can ask us not to record. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to deliver your plan and our business records.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and business record requirements. You may also limit optional analytics through your browser settings.
