Complimentary 90-minute AI assessment
A clear first step for AI in your business
You know your team repeats work. The harder question is which tasks AI can help with and whether changing them is worth the effort. IronGate's AI assessment starts there.
What we cover in 90 minutes
- How the work happens today. We look at repeated tasks, manual handoffs, and work your team avoids or cannot get to.
- Where AI could help. We identify opportunities to save time or improve the work, based on the process you describe.
- What to skip. We discuss tools and changes that do not solve the problem in front of you.
What you receive
Within 48 hours, you receive a written plan ranked by priority. It explains what to fix first, what to ignore, and what it would take. The plan is yours whether you hire IronGate or not.
How to prepare
Choose two or three tasks that repeatedly take time or get stuck. For each one, be ready to explain who does it, how often it happens, which tools are involved, and where the frustration begins. An estimate is enough to start the conversation.
A useful example might be a quote that requires copying data between tools, a weekly report assembled by hand, or customer follow-up that slips when the team gets busy. You can describe the process without sending confidential customer records.
What happens on the call?
Assessments are held over video. An AI notetaker joins to help capture the discussion. You will be told before recording begins and can ask us not to record. Read our privacy policy for details.
What happens after the plan?
If there is a fit and you want help putting the plan into practice, implementation is a separate engagement quoted after the assessment. Our consulting work can include building tools, improving workflows, and training the team.
